1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Lure mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of the App, including users who are also contributors of content, information, and other materials.
2. Description of Service
Lure is a travel planning application that provides curated city guides and personalised itineraries. The App generates travel recommendations based on your selected interests, schedule, and travel pace.
Our content is curated by editorial teams and verified against respected travel guides including SlowFood, Raisin, Osterie d'Italia, Frommers, Bradt, and others.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Lure offers the following subscription options:
- Monthly subscription: Billed monthly, cancel anytime
- Annual subscription: Billed annually, cancel anytime
- Free trial: A 3-day free trial is available for eligible new subscribers. After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
All prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
4. Free Trial
New subscribers may be eligible for a 3-day free trial. The free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before the trial ends. Only one free trial per user is permitted.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to the App until that date.
Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not process refunds directly.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
- Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
- Share your account credentials with third parties
7. Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, itineraries, and editorial recommendations, is owned by or licensed to Lure and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on App content without our express written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or recommendations provided through the App.
Travel information, business hours, prices, and availability of places recommended by the App may change at any time. We encourage users to verify information directly with venues before visiting.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or any content therein.
10. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.
